OEM RF and RJ Bag Cages
In addition to being the original manufacturer of the Day Filters™ bags for the RF and RJ dust collectors, we are also the original equipment manufacturer of the RF and RJ cages. With more horizontal and vertical wires than our competitor, our cages are built to withstand the strong pressure differential during operation.
The RF and RJ cages must be built to OEM specifications for the Carter Day, Donaldson® Torit®, and Air-Cure dust collector to operate properly, as cage design is crucial to the success or failure of the dust collector. At Winger Inc., we manufacture our RF and RJ cages in 10, 12 and 20 wire stringers.
Special cage tops, such as roll band and roll flange styles, are also welded to the stringer wires, developing a strong internal assembly from which to attach the cage/filter bag to the baghouse tubesheet. Each cage is built to specification, to fit your filter bag properly, as we understand the importance of properly fitting the filter bags to the OEM cages.
